Very understated power and elegance. Call it "command presence" - kind of like a cop that doesn't scream or holler, one that just get compliance from an unruly punk by raising an eyebrow.
It sails through kneading a double batch of bread, whips whatever I put in it and does it with style. They're expensive, but lord, your kids will always remember you fondly when they use it to make their grandkids cookies. This thing just hums along without ever slowing down, without ever flinching or grunting.
