My wife and I reserved a Budget Truck weeks prior to our moving date from:

Avoid this location like the plague. On our moving day, Budget left the following voice mail at 7:30am: "Due to a change in an employment situation here, we won't have anyone onsite who knows how to rent a truck, so we will not have a truck for you today. You can call our 800 number to see whether there is another truck in the area, or you can rent from another company. Have a great day."

Allow me to repeat: Budget cancelled our rental, because there was not "anyone onsite who knows how to rent a truck." If Budget had merely screwed us and provided terrible service, then I would not have written a review at all. In addition to screwing us, however, Budget also insulted our intelligence. How much training does it take to check a drivers license and print a rental contract?

Budget Truck Rental is notoriously unreliable. I do not recommend the company, and I strongly caution everyone against using Store Xpress II in Pittsburgh.
