I have bought some biography videos from the A&E shop. I really enjoy watching these videos because they are commercial free.
I found the shopping experience to be fast and uncomplicated. The Customer Service people seemed helpful and nice.
Some of the videos I have are on The Osmond's, Carol Burnett, Ron Howard, Eleanor Roosevelt.

I've had good experiences with this store. My one complaint is that they don't always offer every show they air. For example, City Confidential the episode entitled, Chaos In The Castle is not for sale. But if you're industrious and keep an eye on your television guide you can catch the episode and do whatever you need to do to view the episode again. I called the company and requested the episode but they said it wasn't for sale.
