This was my first order with Tech Chief. I was extremely pleased. I ordered a SonicWall VPN gateway. The order shipped and I received a confirmation email and tracking number the same day the order was placed. That was very unexpected. I appreciated the follow up emails I received from Holli White after I registered on the site and placed my order. At one point, I had a question regarding Tech Chief. I emailed Holli and received a response back within just a couple of minutes. I thought it must be an email delivery error notice it came back so fast. I was shocked that she had answered my question so quickly. The order arrived in great condition with no errors. Tech Chief delivered everything I expect from an online merchant. Thanks!

This company has no hidden pricing, no switch-and-bait technique, nothing but real deals. In other words they are unlike most of the other Shopping.com stores! I will continue to use them until i smell something funny, but 5 stars for now.

This company's site is very easy to navigate, even if you don't enter it from Shopping.com. Not the prettiest, but I've used it several times, they have the best price on many modules i've checked and very fast shipping.
