Serta not to perfect sleep not
by chakwaina ,Sep 21 '07
Pros: NONE Cons: Price for what you get, falls apart quickly, uncomfortable,
I bought this mattress about a year ago and it is horrible. First month of having it, it was broke in and looked as if we owned it 5 years. The trim around edges are very hard like plastic. The stitching has been coming unraveled all over mattress. It is so firm ya feel like you are literally sleeping on the floor.

Pros: None Cons: less than 1 year and bed useless
I will NEVER buy a Serta again!! I have a very expensive king size bed that in 8 months already has deep pockets on booth sides!! I have had a claim in to Serta for 2 months now and still no one has done anything!! They do NOT return calls!! They do NOT keep appts!! And, for almost 2 months now I have had no choice but to sleep on our sofa. I have severe RA and, I got the bed for comfort and now I cant even sleep in it cause, it is too hard to get in and out of the bed!! My husband complains about sinking into the bed so far that he cant even roll over and, it is sure not helping our marriage to have to sleep in diffrent places! It is SAD that serta advertises this bed as a good bed for people with health issues such as arthritis cause, it is not only not helpful but, very damaging to arthritis users that have limited mobility to begin with!!
